“Lifebook Playhouse Theatre” is a small live theatre located just off of Melrose between Normandy and Vermont.  We are right across the street from “Sacred Fools Theatre” on Heliotrope Drive. 

Lifebook Playhouse Theatre has a distinguished history.  This playhouse used to showcase the “Dream House Ensemble” company that was well respected and won many awards.

In 2009, “The Space Theatre Company” gave it a go here, but the seeds didn’t take root and the company didn’t quite make it off the ground.  There were some improv shows that were pretty funny, however, and a really talented group of actors.

More recently in 2010, the highly talented Coeurage Theatre Company hosted the following plays here:  “Measure for Measure”, “Under Milkwood”, “LA Lights Fire”, “Hats, Nudes, and Immortality,”, and “The Rocky Horror Picture Show.”

Finally in 2011:
“The Space Heater Comedy Theater” hosted 14 consecutive Tuesday night comedy shows in the Lifebook Playhouse.
